Primeval has a long history on Luclin. We pride ourselves on using successful stratagies and skilled players rather than numbers. Because of this, everyone is
important to our success on raids. We are not a large guild, nor do we want to become a large guild.
Everquest is a Game. Games are meant to be fun. We want to make this game as fun for everyone as we can. We don't like to have drama on our boards. We are quite aware
at how much drama can destroy a person's fun in a game. So please be polite, be considerate, be kind to your guildies. Live by the Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you
would have them do unto you!" We all have the same goals and need each other to get there. Please don't expect to like everyone in the guild all the time but have the
self-control and self-worth to prove that you are better than any problems this game can put forth and remain a dedicated guild member through all thick and thin.
Rule are Rules. But please be smart enough to realize that we Officers of Primeval will never let any of our rules eclipse our common sense. We live by a standard set
of rules that we try to maintain at all times. But, as Officers, we reserve the right to make any exceptions or change any ruling at anytime without need of guild member
discussions.
Our raids typically start at 8:30pm EST. We need people that are going to raid with us. This is what we do. Our targets are based on avalibility and we are focused on GoD
and later expansions. We expect you to know how to get to where our targets are. We expect you to have current in-game maps. We expect you to be able to access and be active
on the Message Boards as you are in the Game. We expect you to know our Raiding Rules and adhere to all our policies.
We are currently flagged for Anguish and are backflagging our unflagged members. We work hard to make sure everyone is flagged for any zone that we are fighting in. But we
cannot force you to login; so you have to be online to get your Flags or Missions accomplished. Our backflagging raids and nights for Progression must be your #1 priority
with us. It's very important to have a good handle on which flags/missions you lack for access. Take the time to make sure you have all preflags and such. In most cases,
killing a mob does not flag you; there are other things that need to be done also.
While an applicant, it is your job to impress us with your skill and knowledge of the game, as well as, your great attitude towards others and the fact you are not a loot
whore. Get in groups with members; this is a great time for them to get to know you. Offer your assistance when members ask for it. When a raid is called, be the first to be
at the meeting place and be one of the last to leave. We don't want to hear that you just started a task 20 minutes ago. That just shows poor judgment on your part. We don't
care what mob you want killed. As an applicant, you will not get the drop anyways.
Primeval awards loot on a Loot Council method. Priority is given to members. On occasions there may be a loot drop that no members present for the raid ask for. In these
occasions, we will invite alternate characters and applicants to submit for the drop as well. Do not ask for a drop unless alternate characters and applicants are told to
submit.
