How the Trial Period Works

An applicant posts a new application in the Joining Primeval thread on the Message Boards

they submit their Application via email to .

An Officer replies to that thread or email.
The applicant has SEVEN(7) days from that reply to find an officer for a guild invite or the application will be rejected.
Once the applicant gets invited into the guild, they will have SEVEN(7) days to get a Sponsor or their application will be terminated.
Once the applicant gets a Sponsor, they will have a THREE(3) week trial period.
At the end of those THREE(3) weeks, a voting poll will be put up to vote on them.
The voting poll will be up for SEVEN(7) days.
If the votes are close we will leave it up for TEN(10) days.
If the voting is still too close after TEN(10) days, it will go to an Officer decision.

Minimum Trial period length:

ONE(1) day to post an application, get reply, and get invite.
ONE(1) day to find a Sponsor.
TWENTY-ONE(21) day Trial period.
SEVEN(7) days to get voted on.

Maximum Trial period length:

ONE(1) day to post app and get reply.
SEVEN(7) days to find officer for invite.
SEVEN(7) days to find a sponsor.
TWENTY-ONE(21) day Trial period.
TEN(10) days to Vote (unless Officer decision which could be much longer)
